Retail Commissions - now up to 75%
As part of the ProxyComm 2.0 Initiative, we have totally overhauled the Retail Customer part of the compensation plan. At the current pricing levels needed to support the existing comp plan, our product was simply not competitive in the market, severely limiting your ability to sell product to people not interested in becoming distributors.
One of our goals in ProxyComm 2.0 is to increase non-distributor sales, so based on feedback from key distributors who were engaged in retail sales, we have dramatically lowered our retail pricing on virtually every product in the shopping cart. When you are in the shopping cart now, there are two lists - one for wholesale / distributor products and one for Retail Customer products. Make sure you are in the right group.
The trade-off to lowering the prices so much is that we are no longer able to pay Upline Distributors commissions for Retail Sales. Only the distributor sponsoring the transaction will earn commissions for Retail Sales. We are also altering the way commissions get paid. Previously, commissions were paid on the same model as Team Commissions. From now on, you will get paid by a combination of Retail Bonus and a Fast Start Bonus.
Retail Bonus is simply the price difference between Retail and Wholesale pricing. This will be either 50%, as in the case of ProxyLine service, or 25%, as with most of the International add-ons and other upgrades. In addition to the Retail Bonus, we will also pay a 25% Fast Start Bonus the first month of a new customer’s service. In the case of a new retail customer buying a ProxyLine UNLIMITED plan, you will get a 75% commission (!) for the first month followed by 50% each renewal. For most add ons and upgrades you will get a 50% total commission for the first month that includes the Fast Start Bonus, and 25% on subsequent renewals.
We really want to drive additional retail sales. Combined with the new lower prices for retail items, we hope you will aggressively market products to retail customers. This information is currently being upgraded on the web and in an updated Company Presentation both of which will post shortly (if not already).
ProxyLine Canada is live now and we are loading up the shopping cart and updating websites etc. with the new information now.
Pricing for ProxyLine Canada for Distributors is $10 / mo as an add on to regular ProxyLine Service. Number selection / activation at www.proxycomm.com/setupservice should be live by tonight.

One of the first things which will roll out this week is our new “Leaders Support Program.” ProxyComm will be announcing a new program that will allow qualified distributors special support access so they can support their down lines more efficiently, with more communication from corporate and with an escalation procedure in place.
This new change will speed up how support issues are handled and we will be a big improvement over the current model.
